Dear Colleague,
The 3rd International Conference on BioMedical Engineering and Informatics (BMEI 2010) and the 3rd International Congress on Image and Signal Processing (CISP 2010) will be jointly held from 16 to 18 October 2010 in Yantai, China. Due to numerous requests, the submission deadline is extended to 10 May 2010.
BMEI’10-CISP’10 is a premier international forum for scientists and researchers to present the state of the art of biomedical engineering and informatics, multimedia, and signal processing. The previous BMEI’09-CISP’09 attracted over 3000 submissions from around the world. The registration fee of US$390 includes proceedings, lunches, dinners, banquet, coffee breaks, and all technical sessions. BMEI’10-CISP’10 is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society.
All papers in conference proceedings will be indexed by both EI Compendex and ISTP, as well as the IEEE Xplore (CISP 2010 IEEE Catalog Number: CFP1094D-PRT, ISBN: 978-1-4244-6514-9; BMEI 2010 IEEE Catalog Number: CFP1093D-PRT, ISBN: 978-1-4244-6496-8. Substantially extended versions of best papers will be published in a CISP’10-BMEI’10 special issue of the Computers and Electrical Engineering journal (SCI-indexed).
BMEI 2010 Special Track on Informatics includes (but is not limited to): Communications and Networking, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Intelligent Computing, Information Security, Automation and Control, etc..
Yantai was listed as one of the world's most inhabitable places by the United Nations and was recognized as the "most charming city of China" by China Central Television. Undulating hills rise above the area's many rivers and are framed by beaches and neighboring islands. Famous tourist attractions include the Tashan Mountain, Kongdong Island, and Penglai Pavilion Scenic Area. Seafood and fruits are plentiful in Yantai.
